Wildflower Meadow
A floral, whiskey-led highball that pairs Killahora Pom’O with Jameson Black Barrel, elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon. Think wildflower meadow in late summer. Soft, aromatic, and lifted with soda water for an easy-sipping aperitif with a grown-up edge.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Killahora Orchards Pom’O
- 20ml Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
- 10ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 20ml Lemon juice
- Soda water
Method:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 30ml Killahora Orchards Pom’O, 20ml Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, 10ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and 20ml lemon juice.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a chilled highball or wine glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or a few edible flowers.
