Single Field Cocktail
A layered orchard spritz that brings together Killahora Pom’O, gorse-infused apple brandy and a blackberry, hazelnut and honey liqueur with Johnny Fall Down Cider. Bright, bittersweet and gently sparkling. Made for slow aperitifs when you want the orchard in a glass.
Ingredients:
- Killahora Orchards Pom’O
- Gorse infused Apple Brandy
- Blackberry, hazelnut and honey Liqueur
- Johnny Fall Down Cider
- Eucalyptus leaf
Method:
- Fill a wine or rocks glass with ice.
- Add Killahora Orchards Pom’O.
- Add a measure of gorse-infused apple brandy.
- Add a splash of blackberry, hazelnut and honey liqueur.
- Top up with chilled Johnny Fall Down Cider.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a eucalyptus leaf and serve.
