Single Field Cocktail

A layered orchard spritz that brings together Killahora Pom’O, gorse-infused apple brandy and a blackberry, hazelnut and honey liqueur with Johnny Fall Down Cider. Bright, bittersweet and gently sparkling. Made for slow aperitifs when you want the orchard in a glass.

Ingredients:

  • Killahora Orchards Pom’O
  • Gorse infused Apple Brandy
  • Blackberry, hazelnut and honey Liqueur
  • Johnny Fall Down Cider
  • Eucalyptus leaf

Method:

  1. Fill a wine or rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add Killahora Orchards Pom’O.
  3. Add a measure of gorse-infused apple brandy.
  4. Add a splash of blackberry, hazelnut and honey liqueur.
  5. Top up with chilled Johnny Fall Down Cider.
  6. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with a eucalyptus leaf and serve.
