Pom’O & Tonic

The simplest way to meet Pom’O. A long, refreshing serve that mixes 50ml of Killahora Pom’O with Poacher’s Irish Tonic over ice. Lower in ABV than a classic G&T, with ripe baked apple, gentle spice and a clean tonic bite.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Killahora Orchards Pom’O
  • Poacher’s Irish Tonic

Method:

  1. Fill a highball or balloon glass with ice.
  2. Pour 50ml Killahora Orchards Pom’O over the ice.
  3. Top up with chilled Poacher’s Irish Tonic.
  4. Give a gentle stir once.
  5. Garnish with a slice of orange or apple, then serve.
