Orchard Martini
A minimal, elegant martini that lets Rare Apple Ice Wine take centre stage alongside Kalak Irish Vodka. Served ice cold and up, it is all about clean orchard fruit, gentle sweetness and a long, refined finish, a perfect pre- or post-dinner serve.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine
- 40ml Kalak Irish Vodka
Method:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 40ml Kalak Irish Vodka and 30ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine.
- Stir until very cold and silky.
- Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of apple or a lemon twist.
