Orchard Fizz
A sparkling orchard aperitif that layers Rare Apple Ice Wine and Móinéir Strawberry Wine, topped with Johnny Fall Down Cider. Lightly effervescent with notes of ripe apple, summer berries and gentle acidity. Made for toasts, long lunches and the first drink of the evening.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine
- 20ml Móinéir Strawberry Wine
- 50ml Johnny Fall Down Cider
Method:
- Chill all the ingredients and a wine glass or flute.
- Pour 30ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine and 20ml Móinéir Strawberry Wine into the glass.
- Gently top with 50ml Johnny Fall Down Cider.
- Give one very gentle stir to combine without losing the fizz.
- Garnish with a thin slice of strawberry or apple if you like.
