Killahora Negroni

A bittersweet classic, reworked through the orchard. Killahora Pom’O stands in for vermouth, stirred with Dingle Irish Gin and Campari. Expect bright citrus, red fruit and structured bitterness. Ideal for Negroni lovers who want a softer, apple-led twist without losing the bite.

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Killahora Orchards Pom’O
  • 25ml Dingle Distillery Irish Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • Lemon twist

Method:

  1. Add 25ml Killahora Orchards Pom’O, 25ml Dingle Distillery Irish Gin and 25ml Campari to a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
