Killahora Blush

A blushing long drink that pairs Rare Apple Ice Wine with Dingle Irish Gin and fresh blackberries, lengthened with ginger ale. Juicy red fruit, orchard sweetness and a subtle spice fizz. Perfect for garden parties, brunch or as a playful welcome drink.

Ingredients:

  • 20ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine
  • 40ml Dingle Irish Gin
  • 3 blackberries
  • Ginger Ale

Method:

  1. Lightly muddle 2 of the blackberries in the bottom of a highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add 20ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine and 40ml Dingle Irish Gin.
  4. Top with ginger ale.
  5. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.
  6. Drop the remaining blackberry on top as a garnish.
