Killahora Blush
A blushing long drink that pairs Rare Apple Ice Wine with Dingle Irish Gin and fresh blackberries, lengthened with ginger ale. Juicy red fruit, orchard sweetness and a subtle spice fizz. Perfect for garden parties, brunch or as a playful welcome drink.
Ingredients:
- 20ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine
- 40ml Dingle Irish Gin
- 3 blackberries
- Ginger Ale
Method:
- Lightly muddle 2 of the blackberries in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add 20ml Killahora Orchards Rare Apple Ice Wine and 40ml Dingle Irish Gin.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.
- Drop the remaining blackberry on top as a garnish.
